Kai (Morrison Rocco Vet) is stuck between his divorced parents as he has to switch houses every week. In stark contrast to the failed romantic relationships at home, he meets Olivia (Leone Wamsteker) who represents all the things he is missing in his life; stability, love and warmth. Now he has to choose whether to follow the footsteps of his parents or to take a leap of faith and commit to his new best friend.
